Hey there! I’m a 28-year-old photographer with an endless love for storytelling through the lens. Born in the charming town of West Point, Mississippi, and raised in the vibrant city of Grand Rapids, Michigan, I’ve spent over a decade capturing moments that speak to the heart. Photography is more than just a profession to me—it’s a way of preserving emotions, celebrating life’s beauty, and connecting with people on a deeper level.

My journey with Great Lake Photos began as a curious hobby, a way to freeze moments I didn’t want to forget. Over the years, that curiosity transformed into an unshakable passion. I found myself chasing golden hours, exploring hidden corners of the city, and learning how to paint with light and shadows. Every click of the shutter is a chance to tell a story—whether it’s the raw emotion of a candid portrait, the intricate details of everyday life, or the energy of a live event.

I’m currently pursuing my degree in Arts at Grand Rapids Community College, set to graduate in April 2025. My studies have not only refined my skills but have deepened my appreciation for the art form, pushing me to experiment and grow with every project. I thrive on creativity and love exploring new techniques, from capturing the softness of natural light to the bold contrasts of studio shoots.
